How to defrost: Remove all packaging and place onto a plate. Allow to defrost in the refrigerator for a minimum of 8 hours. Once defrosted consume within 24 hours. Do not refreeze. How to prepare: Place the lobster on a cutting board with its belly side down. Insert a sharp knife into the back of the head and cut down to the tail, pressing firmly on the flat side of the knife to ensure the shell is cut through. Rotate the lobster; repeat, cutting through its body and head. Remove the claws by twisting claw and knuckles apart (take care shells may be sharp). Claws and legs: break in to their natural sections and crack the shell by tapping it with a nut cracker or knife. Extract the meat with a fork or skewer.
