冷凍儲存 | Freezer Storage
- 儲存溫度 (Temperature): 請存放在 -18°C 或以下的冷凍櫃中。
Keep stored in the freezer at -18°C or below. - 保質期 (Shelf Life): 在冷凍狀態下,建議於收貨後 30天內 食用以獲得最佳風味。
For best flavour, consume within 30 days of delivery if kept frozen.
不可重複冷凍 (Do Not Refreeze): 所有產品經解凍或加熱後,切勿再次放入冷凍櫃,以免細菌滋生及影響口感。
Do not refreeze once thawed or reheated.

所有餐點均為冷凍包裝,為了達到最佳的「精緻食品」口感,請參考以下建議。
All items are frozen. For the best quality, please follow these reheating methods.
01 | 上海燻魚 (Shanghai Crispy Fish)
- Method: Do not need to defrost. Air Fryer: 180°C for 5-8 mins / Oven: 200°C for 10 mins until the surface sizzles.
- 方法: 無需解凍。使用氣炸鍋 180°C 加熱 5-8 分鐘,或焗爐 200°C 烤 10 分鐘,直至表面微微冒泡。
- Best For: Air Fryer or Oven (for maximum crispiness).
02 | 菜肉雲吞雞 / 醃篤鮮 (Soup & Handcrafted Wontons)
- Soup: Pour into a pot and heat over medium heat until boiling.
- Wontons: Do not defrost. Add to the boiling soup; cook until they float, then simmer for another 1-2 mins.
- 方法: 湯底直接入鍋中火煮滾。雲吞無需解凍,湯滾後放入,煮至浮起後再煮 1-2 分鐘。
- Best For: Stovetop. Ensure soup is piping hot (75°C).
03 | 紅燒獅子頭 (Braised Lion’s Head)
- Boil in Pouch: Do not defrost. Place the frozen vacuum-sealed pouch directly into a pot of boiling water. Simmer over medium heat for 15-20 minutes.
- 水煮加熱: 無需解凍。直接將真空包裝袋放入滾水中,以中火水煮 15-20 分鐘。
04 | 上海菜飯 (Vegetable Rice)
Method: Do not need to defrost. Steam with wood tray for 20-30 mins for a soft, fragrant texture.
- 方法: 無需解凍,拆除包裝袋連木托放入蒸鍋隔水蒸 20-30 分鐘,口感更軟糯清香。
- Best For: Steamer.
05 | 特典:小籠包 (Signature Soup Dumplings)
- Method: STEAM ONLY. Do not defrost. Place on baking paper in a steamer once water is boiling. Steam over medium heat for 8-10 mins.
- 方法: 必須隔水蒸。無需解凍,水滾後放入蒸鍋(墊上烘焙紙),中火蒸 8-10 分鐘。
06 桂花酒釀丸子 (Sweet Fermented Rice Soup)
- Method: Do not need to defrost. Pour the contents into a saucepan and heat over medium heat. Once the rice balls are soft and chewy, it’s ready to enjoy.
- 方法: 無需解凍。將內容物倒入小鍋中,以中火加熱。煮至小丸子口感軟糯 Q 彈即可享用。

- Ingredients: Fish (FISH), Light Soy Sauce (SOYA, WHEAT), Dark Soy Sauce (SOYA, WHEAT), Shaoxing Rice Wine (WHEAT), Balsamic Vinegar, Sugar, Water, Fresh Ginger, Spring Onion, Star Anise, Five Spice Powder, Vegetable Oil.
- Allergens: FISH, SOYA, WHEAT (GLUTEN).

02 | Handcrafted Vegetable & Pork Wontons
- Ingredients (Filling): Pork, Bok Choy, EGGS, Light Soy Sauce (SOYA, WHEAT), SESAME Oil, Salt, White Pepper, Sugar, Fresh Ginger.
- Ingredients (Wrapper): WHEAT Flour, Water, Starch.
- Allergens: WHEAT (GLUTEN), EGGS, SOYA, SESAME.
03 | Chicken Soup Base (for Wontons)
- Ingredients: Whole Chicken, Water, Jinhua Ham (Pork, Salt), Fresh Ginger, Spring Onion, Salt, Shaoxing Rice Wine (WHEAT).
- Allergens: WHEAT (GLUTEN) (from cooking wine).
04 | Salted Pork & Bamboo Soup
- Ingredients: Fresh Pork Belly, Cured Pork (Pork, Salt, Sodium Nitrite), Fresh Bamboo Shoots, Bean Curd Knots (SOYA), Fresh Ginger, Spring Onion, Shaoxing Rice Wine (WHEAT).
- Allergens: SOYA, WHEAT (GLUTEN).
05 | Braised "Lion’s Head" Pork Meatballs
- Ingredients: Pork, Tofu (SOYA), EGGS, WHEAT Flour, Light Soy Sauce (SOYA, WHEAT), Dark Soy Sauce (SOYA, WHEAT), Oyster Sauce (MOLLUSCS, SOYA, WHEAT), Sugar, Vegetable Oil, Fresh Ginger, Spring Onion, Water.

06 | Shanghai Vegetable Rice
- Ingredients: Jasmine Rice, Bok Choy, Cured Pork (Pork, Salt), Lard, Salt, Trace of Light Soy Sauce (SOYA, WHEAT).

07 | Signature Soup Dumplings (Xiao Long Bao)
