去年首次聯乘，也沒想到這款「麻辣」會讓這麼多客人一試上癮。今年，繼續找來倫敦人氣餐廳 雲貴川 (YGC) 合作，再次帶回這款讓人欲罷不能的味道。

The secret lies in their signature Mala sauce—it’s thick, aromatic, and carries a deep, numbing heat that warms the palate without being overwhelming. As the dumpling steams, the sauce melts into the premium pork belly, meeting the rich, golden oil of our house-salted egg yolk.

Serving instructions

拆除包裝後，將糭放入水滾中的鍋內煮約 15–20 分鐘，完全加熱後即可享用。

Remove packaging, boil dumpling in hot water for 15–20 minutes until thoroughly heated.
